Booking & pricing

How do I request a ride?

Sign in as a passenger, set pickup and destination on Book Ride, confirm your ride type, and submit. Nearby drivers are notified instantly.

Are fares fixed or surge-based?

Fares are calculated upfront using distance, estimated time, and demand signals. You always see the price before confirming.

Can I schedule rides in advance?

Yes. Choose the "Schedule ride" option on the booking form to pick a date and time up to 7 days ahead.

Payments

What payment methods are supported?

Cash and Mobile Money are the two options available at checkout for every ride.

Can I still use the in-app wallet?

No. We retired the passenger wallet to keep payments simple. Please use Cash or Mobile Money when booking.

When do drivers receive earnings?

Driver payouts are processed daily after rides are completed. Instant cash-out is available once a driver verifies their bank or mobile money details.

Safety & support

What if I left an item in a vehicle?

Use the in-app "Report lost item" flow or contact passenger support with your ride ID. We coordinate with the driver within minutes.

How are drivers vetted?

Every driver completes background checks, a vehicle inspection, and live service training before getting activated on the platform.

Is there 24/7 support?

Yes. In-app chat and hotline support run all day, and email responses are guaranteed within 12 hours.
